Quality Policy

BACKGROUND

  • This document officially formalises the Company's Quality Policy. It does not define concrete objectives to be achieved, but rather provides the basic guidelines for establishing and reviewing the objectives themselves
  • The Policy is exposed internally to Al.Ma.Ri.Na and communicated and explained to all company staff. In addition, it is periodically reviewed on the occasion of the "Management Reviews", regarding its adequacy, by all first level Function Managers, as well as by the Management.
  • The Policy was established by the Management in accordance with the needs and possibilities of Al.Ma.Ri.Na.

COMMITMENTS ESTABLISHED

  • The presence of increasingly demanding and aware markets and customers entails an ever stronger impact of the products and services offered by Al.Ma.Ri.Na on them.
  • In order to achieve Quality levels that continuously satisfy the Customer's needs and establish itself on the market, the Management of Al.Ma.Ri.Na has decided to structure the Quality Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2015.
  • The Directives established by the Management for Al.Ma.Ri.Na can be summarized in the following points:
        1. Always satisfy the customer's needs, trying to exceed his expectations.
        2. Respect all binding laws applicable internally to Al.Ma.Ri.Na. with particular attention to the legislation on health and safety in the workplace.
        3. Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, the Quality level of its products and business processes.
        4. Pay close attention to the analysis of the business context and to the needs of other interested parties.
        5. To continuously promote the culture of "Risk Based Thinking" within the cooperative.
        6. Always operate with competence, courtesy and professionalism.
        7. Implement business processes that ensure products and services that comply with the Client's requirements
        8. Promote the professional development and skills of its collaborators, through continuous training and updating on production activities and in particular on health and safety requirements in the workplace
        9. Constantly monitor compliance with legislative aspects relating to the health and safety of workers.
        10. Always operate in respect of the environment and in the prevention of environmental pollution.
        11. Provide adequate and timely assistance to the Customer, both for any complaints, for information and for requests for intervention.
        12. Involve all employees, collaborators and suppliers to achieve the highest levels of Quality and set objectives.
        13. Optimize processing times and costs, while ensuring the highest levels of quality of products and services.
